Pain CAN be a thing of the past

Maria, a client of Myoforce and Perfect Postures, was in so much pain that she could not even sit on the floor and play with her children let alone run the half marathons and sprint triathlons she loved to do. She heard about Aaron and Perfect Postures from a friend who had great success and decided to give their program a shot. Here is what Maria had to say about her experience at Myoforce and Perfect Postures.

I came to PERFECT POSTURES/MYOFORCE in Sept 2010…for lower back pain, hip pain, sciatica and a hamstring spasm whenever I tried to run.  I had basically been in pain 24/7 for 9 months and I hadn’t slept through a night due to discomfort.

I was in so much pain that I could not even lie on the floor and play with my kids! I could not sit, stand up, or lie down for any period of time without pain.  I could not run, I could not play soccer; the list of my restrictions seemed endless.

After 4-5 trips to an orthopedic specialist, 12 weeks of rest, 4 months of physical therapy (2x per week) and two MRI’s (one with contrast injection looking for everything from herniated discs to torn labrum).

I was basically diagnosed with tendonitis.

Then I found Aaron Brooks.

I began working with Aaron doing his provided exercises 2x/day (for 10 minutes – literally) and within 2 weeks was sleeping thru the night pain free!

My overall pain had subsided more than 60 %.

As I continued to work with Aaron’s corrective routines, I continued to experience less pain in my typically more uncomfortable situations (long car rides, etc).  Eventually I got even stronger, thanks to working with the amazing trainers Kevin, Stacey and Sam.

Fast forward 4 months… and I honestly feel like I have been given my life back.
